abyss rank still stucks!! no support??

this thread was added in the general section>general discussions, but so far no support from admins or gm's here ?!

our abyss ranks still stucks since last tuesday/wednesday at same positions.(since 11.23./11.24.)--i can only write here for the elyos fraction--asmo side idk.

plz fix that at least many thx

 

Maybe the position is already full. Example: Your AP is enough to advance to Governor but since Governor can only be owned by 1 person per race and there's already someone at that rank, you cannot obtain that rank except your AP is higher than current Governor.

i write here for several players from rank 1 to 5-star officers only( not for generals to gov ok )

we need support soon and not useless bla bla here---thx.

Don't you realize that the position cap isn't only applied to Governor? It starts at Officer 1 Star. So as I said, it might be the position is already full, whatever rank you're in. Beside, who gave a damn about your rank? Yes I don't know the whole condition about Elyos since I'm an Asmo but I'm here just tryin to help but oh well whatever. Good luck finding the helps with your I-Know-Everything-About-Aion-Ya-Nabz attitude.

Maybe its BUG in your case..

Hope they GM can give what time is the update of ranks..

so that we will have something to look at for..

 

For me it's also a bit odd, according to my top rank, I have been a 1 star army officer, yet I don't recall having passed Soldier Rank 1 at any time.

 

but i saw ppl on asmo side same rank
