    For unstuck it's very touchy. There's two things that have to happen. One is an Admin has to manually reset your position in the database. Secondly a server restart has to happen. If you log in at any time before the restart after your position was reset it will bug your character again and you will have to likely wait even longer to be reset again.

    Best advice to you is make another unstuck request, and play a different character until you know for certain that a server restart has occurred. Unfortunately only an Admin with database access can help you in this case.
