Magic Resist - Magic Accuracy formula

I was wondering if there is a cap for MR,like..50%? Iono

taking that formula the cap on retail is suppose to be the max ammount of slots+the top level mana stone Magic Resist in game atm, Since Magic Resist and Magic Accuracy both work with almost the same formula to counter eachother.

 

From these i can understand u never play sor but thats ok, thks for giving me some advise tho...

I am Spiritmaster, and My magical accuracy is 2007, so far Nobody ever resist my attack

 

I have played a sorc... Got to 50 then I got bored of it and deleted it lol... Was months ago tho... Lol never bothered learning the mechanics of their skills. XD

 

I'm sorc. I used mb on weapon (combined). Armors just an anuharts with + on each parts. 2 parts of the armors were mb and the rest hp. So far no resist i have seen as long as u use buffs. We have a buff for 10 secs giving us +1000 ma. not to mention other buff boosting up our mb. though still weak on close combat due to casting takes too long.

 

How did you get 2007 Magic Accuracy? What is your set and weapon? Please do tell? :lol:

 

in other words all the above calculations are mere assumptions on how these formulas work..... (basically on the official servers)....

This is gamez aion, a private server where a lot of thing work and a lot do not......

I would advise you to do the following, even if it is a real pain to do......

Get a friend of yours to duel with....... equip all your gear and duel with him 3 or four times........ check the damage on you...... equip all your gear and repeat ... check the damage again......

Use different manastones on your gear..... then repeat the above......

Even more important is to get a full abg geared person and repeat all the above process......

Also what you need to try out is how manastones after the new update function on anuhart and abg gear......

this private server has made substantial "changes" when you compare simple to donated gear....

 

you are right... on with the testing... :sideways:

 

try 2k magic acc. that will land even on 2.7k magic resist.

invest on books instead of jewel. and get +14 magic resist stones. you can get to 2k no problem.

 

Isnt MR to Op those days?
