Read this if you donated in this server!!

Been having a refund problem more than 1 month ago. Gamez aion stole $46 from my bank account and refuse to refund me my money. I have contacted them like I was told via email and nothing. Lastly I ask for the credits for the amount of money taken out and......no response. Now I ask myself why the hell people still playing this server and most importantly why bother donating here when something like this could happen to many people out there. This is no way of treating a player that has spend some money on this private server I think I deserve better than this.

 

How/why/when did they take from you? Did you try contacting Carl/Karissa via PM's on the forums?

This has NEVER happened to me before...I use paypal but been starting to use DaoPay.

The way the donation system works makes it so you cannot have money stolen from you as if you use DaoPay it is very similar to PayPal and won't show any of your information. However if you used Western Union, this could be the issue as Western Union likes to tack on hidden charges when you do bank transfers. Just like real banks do when you transfer funds. Gamez Aion and it's owner, Carl are not thieves. Furthermore why would one steal only $46.00 if they were able to take money at all?

My bet is that it's a Western Union hidden fee or charge for donating using it. I believe they charge $20.00 for just donating $10.00. That's why Carl offers a 20% bonus when donate through it.

If you haven't received your credits for donating that's one thing, but to make a thread calling Gamez a thief is another. Check the facts before making accusations, and if you have problems contact Carl via a PM not make a public thread claiming Gamez stole money from you. Carl is a very busy person he may not reply within the hour, but he will reply.

Let me also remind you of the donation terms of use.

• Donations are materials given by private persons without receiving anything in exchange.
• You agree, that by making a donation you are not buying any product or service from our website.
• To show our appreciation we reward donators with Credits in return for their support.
• The donations are used to keep the server up and running, as well as improving our network.
• You agree, that all transactions made are final and will not be refunded in any way.
• You agree, that virtual assets such as player items and titles will not be restored if lost or stolen.


My advice. Contact Carl, wait for a reply and discuss the issue.

My bro send me 2k yesterday and i recieve merely 1850CND I was like.... ok....

 

All my donations have been through paypal I never use western union. It was nice that some people replied makes me feel with little more support. I have send numerous emails and no response on the last ones. I don't know how to contact Carl personally about this issue. If anyone can tell me how I would appreciate it.

I didn't donate $46 and it was only in one day. All my donations never exceed $15 when I donate. And to top it all off I never received credits for that amount. And fact is gamez DID steal this money from me or else I wouldn't be wasting my time making this threat would I.....

 

Paypal through Social Gold? If so it hasn't been "stolen" seen several ppl have problem with this since if you get any kind of error you're money will be on hold for a while... If it was through the Social Gold Paypal service I'd suggest you also contact Social Gold Customer support aswell.

 

lol, that s bull shit, "donation" is just a camuflage term that all pirates (yes pirate, cuss private is a camuflage too) game servers (i said all of then cuss i m not talking only about aion ones) uses to escape from the jail.
so it wasnt necessary to show your "donation rules" because its abusive clauses doesnt have legal embasement or plz show me your license to earn money with an nc software game if i m wrong!!!

 

They aren't my rules, it's the donation terms of use posted by the owner of the server. Let's look at the definition of DONATION shall we?

: the act or an instance of donating: as a : the making of a gift especially to a charity or public institution b : a free contribution : gift

This server is supported by donations, not payments. As the player is under no obligation to pay anything at all.. your post is flawed. Nice try though.

I have already contacted paypal and filed a claim. They send me an email explaining they will not give me a refund. It seems like the money was withdrawn from gamez without the use of paypal and more like a direct withdraw of $46. I have played several private servers of other games and NEVER I have experienced this type of bullshit.

 

Well i donated with werstern union and I still didnt get my credits. I even sended like alot of emails to Carl but still nothing after 2 weeks

I spent $5 for credits i never recieved. The third party (Social Gold) was having transaction issues and i still got charged and never got the credits. I moved on, lessoned learned.

 

Wao thats scary loosing money like that but if u have proof it happened at least u could get carl to "reward u credits for ur generous donation" . but yeah paypal is acting more gay than ever cuz of ppl abusing the charge-back.

 

stay retail bra lol. or just dont donate to waste ur money for something not a life time account like retail. i mention this b4 lol. me even tho i spend already like more than 5k dollar already on retail sever as-long i don't get problem =)

i only play private sever when i got nothing to do in retail or bored gold farming.
