Just to inform you i don't even look on threads like this.I don't really care about the problems you have with the other staff members.That's something i can't comment about and you should talk that with them and solve the problems.And as long as i do my job i don't see what's the problem.And yes some of you are right about closed threads and deleted post by AMs and i agree with you on that because i don't see the utility of the Moderators we have if the AMs need to close the threads.Well that's all i have to say for now on i'll just post on in game related issues/questions threads and Report Section.

There is no sense sticking up for Bella. She's proven multiple times that she is 100% incapable of doing even the most modest tasks and succeeding. Her level of critical thinking and problem solving abilities leave a lot to be desired. Her inability to apply logic to what she is doing is even more cause for concern.

However, the BIGGEST cause of concern right now isn't how ineffective and terrible Bella is (and believe me, she is). What concerns me most, and what should concern every critical thinker/poster here are the people who defend her.

Also, Teddie you wont earn any points with the community by shoving your head so far up your ego that you can't even fake sincerity. You do not go around talking about how your'e exempt from the rules because you're staff. You arent, you just answer to a higher authority (who doesn't do their job--at least, not properly). Second, you are to keep staff matters private, this includes telling people how you're being a whiny pansy in the staff section asking for thread closes. Also as a trainee you got a lot to learn, whether or not you think you do.

You're off to a bad start.

As far as Ciufpuf goes I can't even begin to try to find the words to flesh out the hurricane of "wtf" that is inside my head. Thankfully since obtaining a staff position you seem to have put the roid rage behind you which is good (or you're masking it well which is equally effective).

Just don't do what I did and turn into a lap dog. You'll end up making a bigger ass out of yourself than you want, and you'll end up feeling like a bigger tool than you thought when you eventually get shafted out of your positions.

I'm getting flamed for hopping into the wrong side of the forums. I've been busy doing so much in-game that i havent payed much attention to what's going on in the forums. It'd be nice if everyone could tell me what exactly is going on.

Also i've been working extremely hard in-game and regardless what i might have said earlier, i DO care about your opinions. I appologize for causing so much tension.. I'm just trying to help, i didn't want all of these arguments to take place.

Anyone care to accept me as an AM that's lost in the drama on the forums, doing his best to help the server? I don't see why anyone has to argue. If you dont like someone or think they're not doing their job then pm them and tell them what they need to work on. <3

About this thread...is only lack of professionalism...i guess he is not made to be gm and to be involved in community networks...and about ciufpuf +10 in his GM job..hes doing well and i guess that shouldnt be mentioned in same thread with Teddie....
