cannot connect to the authorization server !

    Well, I try to log into the server now and this message appeared:

    Authorization can not connect to the server!

    Have reinstalled the patch and GAME still the same message keeps appearing.
    Help please!

    Server is not down, just the login area is down.
    since i can't log in, i can't restart the server x.x
