Weaponsmithing problem

    I'm trying to complete my expert quest for armorsmithing which is to create a Noble Durable Adamantium Shield, and so i created a lot of Adamantium Ingots through weaponsmithing because i thought that I'd be hitting 2 birds with one stone in the process because ill be creating mats for my quest and level up my weaponsmithing at the same time. now my weaponsmithing is 449 but the quest to get pass 499 is not available and there is not work order for weaponsmithing as well.

    what should i do? please help.
