Donate for nathing??

    hi iam (thegod) in game i donate Archon Brigade Generals Staff
    and i compine with anuhart staff and is ok after i donate 10*L145 for enchant my staff the staff go +7 but is ok
    after i exit from server for take more 10*L145 and 5*L150
    i buy it i log in my char and my staff is +0 why???? I PAY 10*L145 FOR NATHING???

    Did you take screen shots? During/while enchanting? Proof that you bought this? And etc,

    lol every time when i ecnhant something i must make photos??? how can i know after enchant in next log out my enchant desapear

    Might be a roll back ;( Did you get screenshots? I know it's silly, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

    Your best luck might be PM'ing a senior GM with a print of your purchase history, and a screenshot of your staff @ +0 and hope he'll give you the stones back.

    see with admin char what i do before 1 hour

    i make it +7 i relog out for new donations to go +10 and my enchant desapear

    i can take screenshot now after +0 staff i donate new L145 and i go staff +8 now i think next day no go +0 again because i give money for NATHING and this is no good

    Second of all, just get a senior AM to look at your issue.
