Missing skill [Slash Artery]

I'd like to report a missing skill in my templar: Slash Artery. This skill should've been learned by level 42, but I don't have it. I already did //givemissingskills command and it still didn't appear in my skill list. In the chains screen, there is no slash artery icon after the rage skill. There should be a slash artery skill after rage in the chains section. It will be grayed out if you haven't learned it. In my case, its just not there. Take a look:

Unfortunately , you've chosen the path of an ELYOS templar , and the skill you're desiring is available for ASMODIAN templars only ~

 

But instead of artery slash

i think you have a forth shield bashing counter that do high dmg thou ....

I'd swap this one for the bleeding skill anytime tho ;(

 

Ohhh, so its an asmodian only skill. I see.

Yeah, I'd go for the shield retribution over the slash artery as well. Shield hits for 2K+ on crit.
