heh i got it too from looting some random mob in inggi one time.. not that hard to achieve GL

 

If Im Not Mistaken it only drops in an instance in iggnsion/gelk ( thats were i got it from )
But yea... i only seen 2 clerics wearing it through the whole time iv been playing on gamez (2 months)
