GM help!!! I buy ITEM by Credit but....

Gm I buy WDk mask in my own credit for 500. but i ddnt recieve it in my inventory.. how could this happen. name Kcinmor = Ranger lvl55 =ASMODIAN plsss help me.

go login in gamezaion.com then to the itemshop. then click the history tab

history might be prove that you officially bought the mask,
btw (if you are the internet cafe user/player) you have 3 hour interlude between time you purchase and time you online. the wdk mask is tradeable and there is possible someone login your account and transfer the item. or should i say someone hacking you.

 

right next to when your purchase items it shows your history and a list of recent bought items. Take a nice sexy screenshot and post it for the gm can take a look and approve it.

i cant see it in my history. but honestly i buy it with my credit. i have 550c but now i have 50c.. wer did it go,,,....... what happen to my 500
credit

 

sucks to be you right now... nobody can help you if its not in your credit history

 

Check it on all your character and account. All i can think is 3 possibilities:
1.) You bought it on another character.
2.) You bought it on another server.
3.) You bought it on another account.

 

when you buy an item it should be on your history tab on gamez site..

since you dont have proof...keep voting for gamez..

i found it.... it is in the Lumiel server. i bought the WDK mask in my siel server....the server i use.. the char name is Kcinmor who bought the item. but it is not appeard in my inventory. as wat u said. check in my history. but its not there in the Siel. so i check my other server that i used to log b4. wen i check the history of my ladyjoann char in the lumiel server. it was there.. the name Kcinmor, item NOBLE WISE DRAGON KING MASK, date FRIDAY 3rd of DECEMBER, time 17:14pm.....

Gm please help...! how can i see the item that i bought. i check at the inventory of my 2 char in limiel server but it is not there... so were did it go. i know ur the 1 who can help me.... if i wer a donator. that item was nothig.. but i spend my time to vote just to have that item....... plsssss help me....

 

go to the gamez site and u will see where u made purchase . then at bottom press contact and keep sending email till they fix it could take as much as a week.

 

Post the history proove and wait for a reply from a staff...
