Cannot connect to authorization server

hey everytime i try to go on gamezaion.com website it says its down, then i try to open gamez aion launcher the server status says its offline then i try to login it says "Cannot connect to authorization server"

but when i use proxy i can access gamez aion website..

and my client verison is 2.0 and i still dont get why is that please help.

does that work for ip ban too? because my account in game is fine i used proxy to access the website and i could login on the user cp

Then yea, your IP is banned, and yes it works for ip and account ban. Make an appeal on that section and wait for an AM response.

 

are u in which aion? 2.1 or 2.0.0.5?

when u are banned the mensage that gives to u is not this one: Cannot connect to authorization server

 

2.0 of course.. 2.0.0.5 to be extact, did you update to 2.1?

well my account is fine, but i think its just my ip that will not let me access the website nor the game

 

Change your ip and try loggin in, if it works let me know.

 

strange, could me like the problem that i am in 2.0 yet but u are in 2.0.0.5 and is not working also.

i can check ur ip from here, ur ip and ur username are not banned.
u just have the same problem as me and i don't know how to fix x.x
