Morph Methods

I just wanna know if someone knows if its possible to get Balic Morph Methods like for example this one:

Morph Method: Brilliant Drenite Ore

If yes, would be nice to know where I can find them or which NPC sells them.

terminon on elyos side
primum on asmo side

edit : located near General Goods Store npc at abyss base

those npcs are selling all kind of recipe. including balic recipe

really ? i dunno about this since i dont learn tailoring

 

should be under tailoring and then under designs tab. just checked on elyos side and we have our version of it "sky dragon" there. so guess asmo side will be the same =)

 

Am I right there?

It´s under Cloth xD The Leather Set is on Cloth Tab ^^

weird that we on elyos side have 1 more tab with "designs"

 

Is it right that the Balic Items which I need for the Horned Dragon Emperor's Set I only get at Inggison? That means I need to farm the Balic Items as Asmo in Inggison?

Btw I would like to know where I can get this, I cant find anything about it on Aion Database:

the firm balaur drop on both side on the map.. or should do. i dont farm firm stuff but it shoul drop from mobs on both side

the item u link should drop in dredgion but dont work on this server. but i haveseen ppl selling it on elyos side in brooker

 

Very suspicious. How can people craft Horned Dragon Emperors Items, when the gathering of the Balic Items you need for is impossible? I guess there are some secrets how to get this items but noone tells others, because only the people who can craft should know. Its a bit unfair.
