    It does..the base exp on the server is x200

    With premium its x400,so its just doubled

    It is working , 400x for Party/Solo/Crafting/Gathering Exp ~

    I haven't experienced any problems with rates ~

    Keep in mind that the server is high-rated so ... 200x base rate makes 400x equal with x2 ~

    The servers were extremely unstable in the past few days ...

    2.1 Update will be applied tomorrow , hopefully it'll bring something new ( in a good way )

    my exp did not double LOL. before i bought the Prem membership i killed a mons, gave me 9k XP. then after i bought prem it's still 9k after relogging..
