Need a GM, version.ini file not on site

trying to downgrade the game, but file
version.ini is missing from the site, reason been

This file is either removed due to copyright claim or is deleted by the uploader.
is there anyhing i can do?

You gotta edit it to 2.0.0.5,did you do that?

 

i checked link and i had no problem downloading this file ...
Nthex maybe ur firewall block it or smth ...
