Big Problem

:smile::smile: Hi everybody here is my Problem:

I completly installed the game after the lauchner Bla..
First Problem was: This program is unavailable in your country. Ok that Problem i solved but now i have a other one but dont find a Topic that can help me

The Launcher Opens. After i klick on "Start Game" so the game starts. 2 seconds later it shutdown.

So what am I do to solve this Problem any ideas or is there a Topic PLS poste here. I am happy about all comments.


And if someone have time for me maybe he can solve it with TeamViewer5 DD

 

My exact problem

 

Do u have latest Directx installed in your pc?.

 

Open your ncsoft launcher as an administrator and try repairing it. Sometimes you are missing important files that the launcher skips to update.
directx is installed by the ncsoft launcher, but u need to run in administrator.

 

Yup, if im not mistaken, the ncsoft launcher only installs the directx if the user press "play aion". Some may overlook this after installed the game and go directly to Gamez Aion launcher. in which, skipping the directx update.

I have a Xp not Vista on my Computer

 

Make sure your gfx card drivers, directx are up to date. Download the latest gamezaion launcher, start aion from your program files shortcut.

Server is also down atm.

 

then a simple repair from the ncsoft launcher shud do the trick. also consider installing your latest gfx drivers, depending on which mark you have :

and my carddriver was ok it was something on windows/system32 a .dll file
