The "good old 1024"

Well... I know, that there are already some threads about the "Failed to initialize" problem - but neither those nor google helped me.

I am using WIN7 and am located in the EU. Hence I first used the EU client - which ofc did not work. So I changed to english/ NA client setup in the launcher - which did not, after using the repair etc., help either.

So I de-installed Aion and the launcher, reinstalled the launcher, changed to english/ NA, redownloaded Aion, installed Aion...
And now wether I try to use the gamez launcher or delete the bin32 and use the one uploaded on forums.... or if i delete the other files and repair (as suggested - like data file etc.) - it still gives me the same error.

Did not work with ...0.2 ...0.5 or the recent version yet.

Anyone can give any suggestions beside "Use google" or "Reinstall" or such?

Things suggested and the result:

1. administratior priv's -> missing files = didn't help
2. downloading 1.5 client

 

run your ncsoft in administrator privileges and click play Aion on the ncsoft launcher, and hopefully it should start downloading some missing files.

 

Will try this and edit the result into the 1st post.

Damn... now it installed on partition C: (where I only have windows7 and few space...) and tells me that I do not have enough disk space (while on D: is like 400gb free).

Well I somehow managed to get past the error... copied like 2387456832745 custom files from forums into my game file... now I got a new problem: After clicking a server - the game is stuck.

 

install team viewer and PM me, i'll see whats wrong with you.
