    That looks like you launched retail Aion by mistake and not Gamez as you can tell by how it is asking for your NCSoft account and what not.

    Probably just a bug then. Why would Gamez ask you about your master account on NCSoft and then refer you to the Aion Online site lol? Also Carl wouldn't limit to just one race per account.
