VIP Rates - 1500 Credits - 30 days VIP Exp: 500x
VIP Drop: 200x
VIP Group Exp: 500x
VIP Gathering Exp: 500x
VIP Crafting Exp: 500x
VIP Quest Exp: 150x
VIP Kinah Rate: 200x
VIP Abyss points Rate: 30x

AP rates were adjusted to maintain balance for AP gain/lose for all categories of players.
for normal players: 10x/5x gain/lost
for premiums: 15x/7.5x
for vips: 20x/10x
so how is that unfair ? (its only unfair if you dont know how to play your character)
Anyway what do you need AP for ?





i want remove Vip and get back my 1.5k credits... i wasnt informed about changes like this.

Sorry to say but I am 99% sure you will not be refunded. You already profited from your bought product which means you can't get your money back. It's the same as returning a used item. Also you bought this while you knew what the conditions of it was. Unfair or not, you will not get back your money I think.

Actually he is right. Buying something that you do not get always gives you the option to refund it.

You did NOT buy anything. You donated (which means you gifted your money to the server without wanting anything for it) and they just gave you the VIP status to show, that they are happy about it.
You have no right to get your money back, sorry.

But yes, the statement should be shown on the donations page.

 

Yes, it is really annoying to lose that amount of AP. They should change that .

If you do it on your own, it will be a fraud payment and they can ban you for that.
Donations are unrefundable - wether you get the "reward" or not. They do not have to give you anything for it - a donation is a gift.
Just keep emailing Carl - that is all you can do.

 

This is a con. We happily donate knowing what we get that is why we get it. I don't think many people donate here for nothing.... So saying we get x30 now it will change to 20x I only just bought mine which means I had mine for like a day or 2 and now this?!?!? WTF Carl? At least 30 days notice would have been nice. Seriously this is turning into retail slowly. Watch in the new year it will be 10x for vip 5x for premuim and 2x for none membership. Absolute rip off if you ask me!!
