Any GM or ADM help me?

When I try to connect my game account, it appears so. "Disconnected of the game server." then when I click to accept the terms of user agreement.

Here is everything up to date, I have another account that connects normal.
But one has lost items, characters, that took me to leave them strong.

Wait till GMs/Admin/Dev respons , users cant obtain this information . I've checked for reports your Characters aren't reported.
