    Start your NCSoft Launcher > Right click on Aion > Properties

    Under Install Location,browse to your aion.bin file(Its in your bin.32 folder) and then click ok

    For 1024 that means you are trying to start it in the wrong language

    you need to be set on North American location and english and repair it afterwards
