taloc's hollow bug: missing

there's supposed to be an egg which you can break and a wind tunnel right here to take you above to Celestius, the final boss of Taloc's Hollow, but it's not there

any chance of making this small area free-fly or adding a teleporter or anything?

(if not it's cool, just thought I'd put it out there)
