The server is down ???

I took a break and want to play aion again, but when I try to get on Siel server does not work (I have seven characters there most of the 55).:sleeping:
I want to know if the server is down or I was banned and why ...
Can anyone help me ??:sad::sad:

Be more specific please

If you're stuck after server selection it probably means you're still at 2.0
Gamez is already running on 2.1

And if it gives you an error message "You cannot access the game through this IP" that means you got banned,post a ban appeal in the Ban Appeals section

 

i think most of the ppl r not aware of the 2.1 update

Before and after the update,you mean it was all smooth before the update?

 

I tried to go several times and eventually given me permission, but gave me a warning when I joined because I had elyos and asmo characters on the same server.
