    Not actually a fastest way,but heres it

    Get coffee
    Go to Altgard
    Collect Small Vortex until you reach 325p in Aethertapping
    Get more coffee
    Go to Alukina's Palace/Storm Circle
    Collect all the Aether you need for the morph
