    No, it works. The effect doesnt appear in the char, but it works. I tested it with Agonizing arrow. Without FS I hit 4k, with it I hit 5.5k
    Obviously i tested it on the same enemy ^^.

    You retards. The skill adds 40% more damage to the skill when it hits a player, it isn't meant to give more attack on your character status. This is significantly better for you.


    Edit: Now I am looking up skill lists something must have changed? I feel outdated.
