Admin & GM plz solve my serious Send Log In error problems

    My char name ChickofBeauty got this message error

    or "Send Log In error"
    [​IMG][​IMG]
    everytimes I try to log in that char. Now I am completely unable to log in that char anymore
    Note: Other chars in the same account is fine for logging in.

    In fact I was buying scroll in Abyss to learn Tailoring Skill then I got Send Log In error and after that I would not be able to log in that char without crash and send log in error msg
    Please help me to solve the problem, I did send an unstick Request but it seems no one look at it yet

    I have requested an "Unstick Request Player" on web page but seems no one look at it

    Have you tried submitting Unstuck request on the official site ?

    Note : After you've requested unsticking , you cannot log in until the next server restart , or else your request will be deleted ~

    Believe me, I did send a Player Unstick Request for several times and not using my char for many days already but no working.

    Someone plz do something or at least answer me. In my char is full set ABG and Weapon +15 and ABG rings Set. You can see that in my inventory and I dont want to rebuild everything from scratch again
