    Hey maybe I am noob but I dont know why I cant lvl up ...I am lvl 9 and cant lvl to 10

    Do you have to walk all the way to where the person is to complete the quest? or is there a quicker way to get there??

    People like to derail threads. I apologize for their stupidity and rudeness. They did the same to me.

    You can fly there yourself. What you need to do is enable flight by downloading a file and replacing it in your directory. There's a link somewhere here on the forums for it. Just search for it and download it and follow the instructions in the thread and you should be able to fly pretty much anywhere now. Hope that helps.
