    as ive noticed Rhobus blow 4th works as it wishes to i mean it sometimes doesnt work at all and sometimes it works after killing 3/4 mobs , second one Seismic Billow thrid aoe chain skill doesnt work at all any info on those anyone ? =(

    maybe they implemented trigger rate 10% like in retail some of your skills work 1/10 out of the time in your chains
