game hangs at server select

    i ve done everything noted on here everytime i tried to log in it hangs at server select
    i ve uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times now and this is a fresh hard drive is there anything i missed ?
    i havent been able to make a character yet either

    Normally something like this happens when you your client isn't up-to-date but you've said you've done everything noted here. I would double check to be sure though. Check NCSoft Launcher versions to make sure it is up-to-date.

    also there is no back ground graphics to the login screen does that got anything to do with it ?
