Aion launcher stops working question

    So i finished dowloading Aion using NCSoft launcher and update Aion to the lastest patch. And then i use Gamez Aion to launch, but when then the screen appears black with *NCSOFT* and then it stops working and sometimes it says it's not responding. So is there any way to fix it?:pinched:
