Is this recent update is starting to implementing timers to buy this stuffs?
its kinda annoying waiting and all of the sudden, "server reboot"
i'm just waiting near the NPC who sell this.... then SERVER REBOOT......... lol....... then i have to wait again?

I suggest is better to return them to its normal state....... or the usual way to buy them without waiting for it....
also of server reboots....... Removing the timers to buy them are nothing to do with the balance of the game......
pls....... remove the timerT_T

About the Carved fragments..... i dont care about it.........

Had a hard time reading thru your "suggestion" ~ Anyways Asanka said that those items (Helitrops or smth) are sold out because your NPC.pak is not correct ...

Try to copy the npc.pak from the 2.0 USA folder (which you can find if you use the SEARCH function) and paste it into your current NCSoft > Aion > Data > USA > NPC folder ~
