    Guys im just wondering if lightning arrow and agonizing arrow can be cast in the same seconds?
    I ask this because i encountered a ranger his name is Janrei and i was surprised how fast he shoot an arrow on his opponent, see the logs:

    Yes.

    I can go through one whole rotation in under 2 seconds (which is every stigma, 3 chain swift shot, plus extras) along with my 50 ping. Just never do lethal arrow, casting is a waste of time.
