game kick me out when i see the NC Soft

hi guys i have problem about the kickin out ... i did everything but its not helpin me i download the launcher n start the launcher there was no problem well when i start the launcher the screen work fine until i saw NC Soft it kick me out if u got anything to fix my problem i ll apreciate that

Wait, are you saying you just get disconnected? At what screen stage do you get kicked at? It could be that the server is down, or something along those lines.

 

not dude its when i was start the launcher not even id pass stage its jst at starting while screen get black n i have seen the NC Soft then Puff kick me out game is closing by itself :S

 

Hmm.. Idk then, perhaps re-download the client? Try anything really.

 

can you list pc performance?

2.4 ghz cpu
1 gb ram
1gb screen card
i dunno i think those jst will be enough for wt u want ....

 

seems a problem with your
1) DirectX <--- Updat it.
Or
2)Video Card.

 

hmmm ..install last directX >>Video card is good enough cpu low but i know players who play with same cpu and same memory ram

 

well i don wanna tell this ( is it possible i dunno my download is from NCsoft Launcher everything ok with nort america EU n english language but my ( Aion version is 2.1.0.3 ) is that happen to be problem about this or not ?????

nah my video card working fine i know that but that should be about direct X i tried to find but i think i download the old version
