    works fine for me.. I got my full set of Beshmundir to +10 using only Lesser Supplements and L60 to L70

    I'd personally suggest you get the following:

    #1: A solid creatine powder (Such as micronized creatine).
    #2: A good protein (Optimium "platinum hydrowhey"
    #3: N.O. suppliment for pre-workout (BSN "NO-Xplode")
    #4: Of course a really great multi-vitamin ("Animal pak")
    #5: ZMA (SciFit ZMA)
    #6: Anabolic flavones (PantheraPharma "Primal V 4000")
    #7: HMB (Optimum "HMB1000 caps")
    #8: A really nice HGH (MuscleMeds "Hexaghen")
    #9: Last but not least a glutamine :) (Optimum "Glutamine 100 caps")
