Can't even go to login screen

    hi, i just downloaded the game and all! then when i press the icon to run the game it goes in and all but not long later an error msg pops up.. window is closing or game is closing i forgot! i need help please! i really wanna play! :crying:

    even if the server is down he should be able to get to login screen but if i understand him right he cant even get there.
    if server is down after trying to log in info should appear like "cannot connect to authetication server" or smth like that and then aion will close (that how its happening in my case).
    if game crashes afetr launching its your client problem , make sure u got updated to required version , run repair...

    update to latest version 2.1.0.3 and make sure that you have correct region(North America) selected in Ncsoft launcher

    btw did i understand you right? do you get to login screen?
