Voting kinnah/credits not being awarded

First off, I just started this yesterday and I am already a huge fan of this server.

Anyways, the issue I am having is that the vote credits/kinnah doesn't seem to be working. I voted last night and have not received anything on my character nor in the mail. I asked around Sanctum and others are saying they haven't had it working for them for some time. Is there currently an issue?

Not a big deal for me about the kinnah, I was just more curious about what the credits are worth.

Ahh, no. I guess I interpreted it wrong, I thought the 1 minute meant you had to go offline for at least a minute before it is sent to you, not that you had to be offline for at least a minute before you could vote. Guess that's a huge 'my bad'. Sorry to bother.

Alright. My voting time has come again. I was offline for about 10-15 minutes checking my account page. My account had 200 credits listed which I assume was from when i first joined or maybe that first time I voted went through. I voted again...and I see no cash and no extra credits and my history is blank. Is there a notice for the cash and credits? I ask because I've seen people post screen shots of the money coming in via mail.
