keep getting crash...

ok heres the deal..

i made an elyos leveled it to 22 and need to go at sanctum for quest
and now i used teleporter to go at Sanctum
then i crashed..
i tried to log in again
and when i click the char
(the one who will go to sanctum)
i crash again with this pop up

i log in again
with my other char
its good i can play
the only thing is whenever i go at
sanctum i crash.....

If it only happens on that character then he may be stuck where he is. Probably some bug has caused you to get stuck. I will forward this to a Gamez GM and see if they can help you out.

 

try to make a unstick-request in the site, and wait for a server restart.

 

i just tried my other elyos to go at sanctum
same error
i tried again another elyos char
same error

i crash again with this pop up

ohhh~ try deleting ur bin32 folder
and repair ur NCSoft.

 

You may need a new bin file then. Try this link http://forum.gameznetwork.com/showthread.php/44319-Login-problems-after-the-2.1-update

And also try what Charm posted as hers may be more effective.
