parry...

oh come on . i have 2756 parry and i hardly parry at all x_x . whats wrong here.
dont tell me its broken after m resist got fixed.

its the same on my chanter. I stacked parry and i dont ever seem a parry in pvp so now i stack hp +95 and get better results

 

If im not mistaken... you need atleast 3.2 parry to actually feel the diffrence... also.. it works best with a sword/sheild as u will also block more

 

block is block, shields dont add parry. Having 3.2k in parry is really high, i doubt i can get it that high

 

Parry are useless in Gamez Aion.

yeah 3.2k is too high x_x . considering its full parry for a sin even on both swords/daggers. to have 3200

 

1. dont be a hot head.
2. I can get 3.2k parry easily, dont know why u cant >_>
3. I Quote " THE AVERAGE PARRY RATE IS 40% OF ALL ATTACKS" I Quote again " THE AVERAGE BLOCK RATE IS 50% OF ALL ATTACKS"

So yes.. sheilds dont add parry but they will add block.. so might not parry an attack... you'll get hit... but with a sheild if u dont parry an attack... u might block it... so u wll have double (actually more x2.1) chance of blocking/parrying an attack.

 

dont be hot headed about what? we arent talking about block here, we're talking about parry. Also i dont have a full 5 slot or 6 slot parry +27 geared out chanter(who should naturally have the highest parry ingame), so even hitting 2500+ is really pushing for basic anuhart ppl.

Haha np, its just that i always tell people who ask to use parry with sword/sheild as it gives the BEST results than just parry alone... and they ALWAYS flame me for getting "block" into it.
But if you really try it its the best
And good luck with getting better gear xD i know the feeling =/
Btw if you're a chanter then i say try out crit (till 640) and then attack or any other stones chanters use (other than parry cuz a lil bit isnt worth it... maybe MB idk xD
But i do know that crit chanter PWN
