cant connect to authorization server/ cant connect to gamezaion site also

hello gm's of Gamezaion i really need your help guys, i own an internet cafe. and for two days now my players here are having problems connecting to your server sometime they can play for an hour and then they cant log in anymore. they cant even access you site for voting. in the shop near my cafe they can play. why is that? please help me. i have tons of costumer here waiting...

furthermore we already completed the 2.1 update and was able to play a while ago. then now we cant anymore. pls pls pls help..

I have a similar promlem with Gamez and Crystal I don't own an internet cafe though lol I'm simply just playing in my house. One minute I can log in to the servers/sites fine, next minute it tells me the server is offline (for Gamez and Crystal) that I can't connect and when I go to eaches homepage it won't load lol it's odd. It's not my net cos I can go do pretty much anything else, I can even come here to these forums lol. And like I said, I can be playing fine previously and then I log out for something and I can't get bk on, I know the servers aren't really down like the launcher tells me because friends of mine are still playing o.o

 

my god, so i think im not the only one who has this problem... tsktsk. i hope if theres somebody out there that can help. please give me guidance thanks!!
