quest is bugged?

Wonder,, is the reward bugged, not added yet, or whats wrong with it?
we have captured enemy faction fortress without receiving them (quest does not update, but ihave met 3 players who have finished the quest and according to them i jus have to conquer Asmodian fortresses Vorgaltem Citadel and Crimson Temple)

and discription tells;
