Broker not giving me my Kinah for my sold item

Okay, I recently sold my item at the broker which would've given me 800m kinah, however when I went to the broker to go and receive my Kinah. It showed me "No Sold Items" even though the item that I had put up to sell is no longer there.

I then came here and read the "Bugged Kinah" thread and it stated if you log out after 5 mins and come back into the game that it should reset, so I thought that this could be the solution. However after doing that, it no longer showed at the bottom right hand corner that I had sold something at the broker, and worst yet I've also lost my item that I was selling + I don't have the kinah that I would have earned from it.

Is there any possible way for a GM or someone of similar status to check the data score to see what occurred and went wrong. Because with this occurrence, not only am I annoyed, but I'm also afraid of selling other costly items due to future possibilities of this occurring to me once again.
