I cant move from Beluslan and im Elysean

Hello everybody and happy xmas
well im playing gamez aion during 7 months and now in the holydays i wanted to play again my when i started to play my character was in beluslian, 2 asmodians came to kill me and i died, i respawn in a campament of beluslian 0_o now im triyin to come to elysea from a rift but i cant take it
any solution for this problem

Go on another character, and express mail yourself a scroll.

 

ok i go to try it but i don need any mail box or somethin else?

 

if u use express option no u dont need

 

or ask your friend to meet you and get u a scroll. . .

 

teleports are bugged
