game failed to launch

    I just reformat my whole computer.
    I reinstalled my game, and launcher.

    The problem is that when I launch the game, the game got to the "NCsoft" logo and then it crashes saying "Aionclient stop working" and something like that.

    Wonder what is going on since I never have any problem like this b4

    Did u use the NCSoft Launcher in order to DL the game?
    Cos If u didn't your client installer must be Broken.
