Master carved weapons

I need these items to make weapons master carved , carved red master fragment , carverd blue master fragment . where to sell ?

Both items are sold by NPC's. Both elyos & Asmo side

 

because I can not find these NPCs with the command? /pathfinding
the command /pathfinding not find npc, the one time I was behind in the fortress and search them not found.

 

You can buy all four color of carved fragments in the for fortresses in Gelk and Ingisson as long as they are controlled by your race.

Vorgaltem Citadel in Gelk has the white ...talk to Dilbeek
Crimson Temple in Gelk has the green...talk to Eistin
Temple of Scales in Ingisson has Red...talk to Tosel
Altar of Avarice in Ingisson has Blue...talk to Turen

 

but it always sold out..is there a new npc pack??if there is where can i find it?

 

new item pack for 2.1 should fix it!! worked for me on lumiel!
