What is happened ? My items bought from website gone?

HI,

i am new here, start to play few days ago.

i am lvl 52 ranger, Lumiel Server, Asmodian . Character name : Blis

Today i made some donations in order to buy me the lvl 55 bows from the website.

I bought first the Mastarius Longbow , then i donated again and bought the 2th one Archon Brigade Generals Longbow.

So i was in pandanemonium to combine thouse 2 bows, made the combine, all was fine.
I was so happy and started to make some quests to make fast lvl 55 to be able to wear the bow. Before start, i said to myself, lets buy VIP membership for a faster exp, charged again 1500 points on my account.


When i watched again at the bow in my inventory, strange thing happened. The bow its only Mastarius Longbow, not combined with other bow ABG and the ABG bow disapeared.

Can any Admin or GM can look a bit please?

Post a Screeny (SS/video) that u fused it. . . .and the Purchase history! Maybe it can help our staff to retrieve it. . . If u havent either these two? We aint nothin' to do with that!

Here are the transactions on paypal. The last 2 was used to charge 1500 points to buy VIP membership.

 

i have bought another bow, combined again and all fine now.
but i still lost the other one(2000 points)
its any way to receive them back?
