Items lost after server restart (Please help!)

Hello I would like to report my missing items after a server restart.
My clanmate Grafter and other friends also have this issue too. :sad:

After the server restarted when I logged back in, my

+15 Enraged Mastarius breastplate w/ full crit +17(5 slot)
+15 Enrages Mastarius pauldrons w/ crit +17 & atk +5 stones(6 slot)

and 1 Bollvig's Love Godstone is gone.

(some of my other items also went missing after the server restart too but these are my most concern)

Please help GM, it's really frustratng :crying:

I also had an issue like this before, the time when all my masta set is gone from a server crash :crying: Please help I don't know what to do

Screenies of me having and losing my items. I was hopefully able to get some screenies before the server restarted but I didn't notice that my items have gone missing when I was enchanting, thus some items that is currently in the first screenshot is gone :crying:

I'm very sorry for the trouble GM/s, I know you're all very busy but I hope this would be noticed and get resolved soon... I am not joking nor fooling around with this problem sir/ma'am if it'll help please check my account too :crying:

This just happened just now please I really need help, thank you very much and merry christmas. I am just logged in with my Character Aeskiel sir/ma'am, I will just wait here, maybe I might be able to help one way or another :sad:

(Note: the screenshot of before and after I lost my items were hours before, the 1st screenshot was taken hours before the server restart and the 2nd screenie was taken after the restart that's why there's some changes. I was enchanting armors that's why some enchant stones are gone. sorry for the late notice)

True + if u can see on 1 cube where he said masto bp was , after was dynasty plate, i can see change in kinah 30 bil, so probably screen was made far before restart

 

Actually the screenshot wasn't really taken before the server restart rightaway, it was like hours ago before the server restart because I was enchanting armors that's why some enchant stones are missing. Well yeah alot of people would say that I might just be fooling around but i'm not a person like that.

It's true that my masta items and GS is missing but I know that if someone posted something like this I think it'd be fishy too. So well I don't blame you and i'm not forcing you to believe or something, I just hope this gets resolved soon cause something like this happened to me before (masta set) well if investigating my account is in need then i'd be very glad to help. I just really help this get resolved and I'm also again very sorry for the bother

hmm.. check his online log. and item database. if hes tellin the truth. give back his item. if hes lying wipe ALL his items but dont ban him
