my explination i traded the bow to him to his masta sord... but my abg sord is gone then my masta sord is still here im wondering this is like a bugg or something Nagatoh said that he will trade it to me again but we need ur help becuz his not VIP hope u can help us

hi im a owner of an internet cafe and my ip was block my players really like playing aion they done something wrng and violated ur rules. they admit that it was out on their mind not knwing the rules and regulation. how can i get back my ip and play again this game. they like it and they promise me that now they knw the cause of blocking the and they learned they fault it will not happen again. so pls GM help fix my problem. I myself will manage and discuss the term and condition of the game and making sure it will not happen again. pls remove the banned in my ip. thank u so much
