Guards/town protection

Any news on getting guards are town protections working? Getting tired of coming online to 15+ asmodians in Jeiaparan Village where I cannot teleport or fly out of it. Gets kind of old when a small town in Heroin is completely filled with rank 1 and higher level 55 asmodians.

I know it's a Q.Q but it seems that I can never get on this character because she is locked into that oblesk.

It gets old. Thats just the front ground view. More in the air and behind.

 

u can also whisper a gm anytime to port u out. also spawn protection works so unless its 1 of those obelisks that spawns u in midair u can port out safely

login protection also works just dont move and use ur port scroll

 

And when you finally manage to get out the bind at a new obelisk ASAP. On this server, binding at the obelisks in the small towns and outposts is a VERY bad idea.

At least have the guards that can attack be able to actually fight.


And no, spawn protection is not working.

 

most guards r weak and easily killed, specially by bigger groups. ud need the ones they have at gelk/iggnison to actually make a difference (those r godly lol)

btw the elyos chat is hilarious

 

One thing you should know about asmos is that we are team players.. we don't duel at sanctum all day.....

 

Guards should be removed.

I'm sorry, I play on a private server which offers the one thing this game is absolutely great for: PvP.

If you wanted a carebear environment you should have gone to QQsoft.

 

Had nothing to do with the environment. It was just a fact that a hord of asmos were in a town that we were all bound to, no one could leave, the guards weren't helping, the spawn protection wasnt working, etc etc. There is a difference between a carebear environment and an unplayable environment where one side is basically exploiting another side because they can't do anything except spawn and die. That would make the asmos environment in that situation a carebare environment, it's screaming exploit.

 

I know that, but why aren't you carrying scrolls to port out or why on earth are you binded there in the first place? I made a guide to this months ago

Best way to avoid a situation? Don't put ones self in that area! Don't tell me YOU don't know that, I refuse to insult your intelligence by saying that you don't.

But why in the name of god should town protection and even more guards be implemented is beyond me, this is a server where people who got pissed off at QQsoft care-bear-pansy-ass-NC-soft left, this server is hardly PvE... infact I'll go out of my way to speak on lengths if I must on how a server with x400 rates and a donation shop cannot and shouldn't be regarded as a non-pvp server.

Guards, if anything, are pissing off people like me who have been here for a loooooooong time... they are wrecking the fun I used to have already and its already only been a day. Teminon/Primium also have their retarded sheilds put up because people couldn't handle pvp there... I'm one of the old school DTK members and my legion ****ing held up teminon for ages- best pvp experiances I've ever had.

So no- more guards? More stupid sheilds that instant kill? More things for people to camp and templars to pull people into?

**** that, I'll leave this server and I have no issue saying that. I came for PvP, and I've donated for PvP. I don't play to deal with morons who can't ****ing mentally function.

 

Also I'll state I don't condone by any stretch what they are doing, infact I was one of the many people stating they should be jailed for doing such stupdity cause it causes qq like this which leads to carebear mechanisms and access to easy-way-out mechanisms for them to abuse.

So I hope you don't assume I at all think its fair, but the best way to solve an issue is to deal with it oneself. It's called an inner locus of control, get one. And it goes farther than just ingame, its a valuble skill to have.

 

Um...I think you jumped way past the point I was making Aegis. I was bound there to farm. I've only played a bit over a week, so yea, I had no idea the town was a pvp crazy pit. If I did I wouldnt have bound there. I never complained about PvP. I actually stated the fact that we couldnt leave because the spawn protection wasn't working. We couldnt cast a scroll or fly out of town (besides the fact they killed off the transporter a few times" I did point out it's cases like this that were exploited. No spawn protection = no chance to do anything but die.

Again, not sure how you got where you did on your rant, but tit's a bit off from what I was talking about. Calm down.

 

I don't know why the spawn protection don't work on you but works fine with me for the past days I've binded in rhonnam while the elyos were camping. Just don't move and click port scroll right away.
