    But my attack speed is in 1.3 and didn't change ¬¬, but i have to be 1.1 attack speed not 1.3 :/

    no, attack speed is correct the way it is now. You were only given 1.1 back then because both weaps gave you 19 percent attack speed, WHICH SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE. So it is fixed in two ways: became what its suppose to be like and isn't jumpy anymore when using buffs.
