    i assume you ask this as an elyos.

    afaik you need to be level 50 or higher... then there will be some quest in sanctum that brings you there. or you can use a portal in outer docks (sanctum), check for a huge red dot on your map while in sanctum.

    Ten Silentera Canyon i ji galima patekti pagal paveiksliuka kur melynas X parodytas,o is ten jau yra keliai - priklauso kur tu nori nueiti.
    Rodyklytes parodo is tos vietos i kokia vieta nuteleportins.

    Tai patekes i Silentera gali nueiti iki Beshmudir Temple.
    Tik atsargiai visur daug elyos'u.
